By using the Math Worksheet Generator website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Permitted Use

The Site is free to use for personal and educational purposes. You may:

• Generate and print worksheets for use with your own students or children
• Use worksheets in classrooms, tutoring sessions, and homeschool settings
• Share printed worksheets with students at no charge

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Sell worksheets generated by this Site or include them in paid products without permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape the Site
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Site's code for commercial use
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws

No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without any warranty. While I try to make the problem generator accurate, math problems may occasionally contain errors. Always review generated worksheets before distributing them to students. I am not responsible for errors in generated content.

No Account Required

The Site does not require registration. Because no account is created, there is no user data to delete. All worksheet generation happens in your browser and is not stored anywhere.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand general usage patterns (no personal data is collected) and loads JavaScript libraries (jsPDF, html2canvas) from a CDN for PDF generation. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
